Praveen Dayananda

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Praveen has 15 years of experience across entrepreneurial finance, climate change and renewable energy policy and mindfulness education. He has advised 50+ startups across 20 industries around the world in developing their business and financial strategy, and in leading fundraising efforts and exits. Previously he worked with the leading environmental organization in the US, the National Wildlife Federation to advance climate policy in Washington DC, California and Texas. He also helped co-launch Mission Be in California, a startup bringing mindfulness education to K-12 institutions. He holds a Masters in Policy, and Organization Leadership Studies from Stanford University, a Bachelors in Economics from Pomona College and a Certification in Mindfulness Facilitation from the University of California Los Angeles.

Sujendra Mather

DIRECTOR

Sujendra has over 20 years in investment banking and corporate finance with Houlihan Lokey, Deloitte, John Keells, York Street Partners and Asia Securities. He has structured, negotiated and executed billions of dollars of M&A transactions for leading corporations in the North America and the Asia Pacific regions and sits on the Boards of several publicly listed and private companies. He holds a Bachelors in Economics-Mathematics from Claremont McKenna College.

Hiran Embuldeniya

DIRECTOR

Hiran has 15 years of experience working with Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Co. and Ironwood Capital Partners. He has advised CEOs of leading banks and industrials in Europe and the Middle East on strategic decisions and transactions and been involved in several billion dollars of M&A transactions with European Industrials. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelors and Masters in Engineering from the University of Oxford.

Nayana Mawilmada

DIRECTOR

Nayana has 20 years of experience planning, facilitating, and managing large scale real estate development and infrastructure projects across 15 countries. His experience includes planning new town developments and tourism projects in Korea and China, advising the Parliament of East Timor on infrastructure investments and developed and managing numerous investments for the Asian Development Bank. He is currently the Head of Real Estate at John Keells Holdings. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Master of City Planning from MIT and a Bachelors in Architecture from Hampton University.
